By using PerfectMr. or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Fulfillment Policy, and Disclaimer.

You must be 18+ and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.

• Prices are shown in INR; applicable taxes are displayed at checkout where applicable
• Product images and mockups are for illustration — minor colour or print placement variation may occur
• Confirmed order prices are honoured; listing errors may be corrected before order acceptance
• We may limit quantities to prevent abuse

PerfectMr. sells ready-made and made-to-order apparel. Items are produced after you place an order — we do not keep finished stock for every design. After payment confirmation, we send production instructions to our vetted fulfilment partners, who print, quality-check, and dispatch to your address. Delivery timelines depend on production queue, logistics routing, and courier performance — not only on our website.

Customized and made-to-order items (including personalized text, uploaded images, or Design Studio creations) are produced specifically for you. Once printing starts, these items are generally non-refundable except for manufacturing defects or our error.

Orders are confirmed after successful online payment or COD acceptance where offered. Failed payments are not processed. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or police complaints without first contacting our Grievance Redressal channel and allowing reasonable time for resolution.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, which charges a platform fee plus GST on that fee. These charges are not returned to merchants when a refund is issued — this is standard across Indian payment gateways. For eligible pre-production cancellations, this processing cost is deducted from your refund.

A made-to-order handling fee (₹49 on most orders, ₹29 on orders under ₹500 — or as shown at checkout) applies when you cancel before printing starts. This covers print-slot reservation and order prep for custom goods. It is non-refundable and shown before you confirm cancellation.

For manufacturing defects, wrong items, or errors on our part (after inspection), you may choose: (A) a full refund to your original payment method (UPI/card/bank), or (B) PerfectMr. wallet credit plus 5% bonus for future purchases. We do not force wallet-only refunds when the fault is ours.

PerfectMr. does not guarantee delivery by a specific calendar date unless explicitly stated in writing for a particular campaign. All timelines on this website are estimates. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delays may occur without constituting fraud or breach of contract, provided we act in good faith to fulfil your order or offer refund/cancellation as per our Refund Policy.

You may not misuse the platform, submit false claims, harass staff, upload unlawful content for printing, or attempt payment fraud. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

Website content is owned by PerfectMr or licensors. You retain rights to designs you upload; you grant us a licence to reproduce them solely for fulfilling your order.

Maximum liability per order is limited to the amount paid for that order. No liability for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Governed by laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. You may also use consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
