Shipping & Delivery Policy

PerfectMr. ships to serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. Pincodes with repeated undelivered (RTO) orders may be restricted — COD may be disabled or delivery blocked entirely. Remote or non-serviceable areas may be cancelled with a full refund.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (where shown at checkout)
• Standard shipping: ₹79 for orders below ₹999
• Final shipping fee is shown at checkout before payment

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless explicitly stated in writing.

• Order processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
• Print production: 3–7 business days
• Courier transit in India: 3–8 business days after dispatch
• Typical total: 7–18 business days

In rare cases (print queue backlog, festival season, remote pin codes, courier disruption) delivery may take longer. We will communicate delays proactively.

PerfectMr. does not guarantee delivery by a specific calendar date unless explicitly stated in writing for a particular campaign. All timelines on this website are estimates. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delays may occur without constituting fraud or breach of contract, provided we act in good faith to fulfil your order or offer refund/cancellation as per our Refund Policy.

Tracking is shared by email and in My Orders when the courier generates it. Tracking may update in stages after dispatch from our production facility.

COD is available on eligible orders at checkout. Refusal without valid reason may restrict future COD.

You are responsible for accurate shipping details. Failed delivery due to wrong address or repeated unavailability may incur re-delivery charges.

Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or courier disruption are outside our control. We will communicate delays and offer refund/cancellation where fulfilment is impossible.
