Fulfillment & Print-on-Demand Policy

PerfectMr. sells ready-made and made-to-order apparel. Items are produced after you place an order — we do not keep finished stock for every design. After payment confirmation, we send production instructions to our vetted fulfilment partners, who print, quality-check, and dispatch to your address. Delivery timelines depend on production queue, logistics routing, and courier performance — not only on our website.

Product mockups are generated from your designs or our studio artwork. Minor variations in print colour, fabric shade, or placement within industry tolerance may occur.

1. You place an order and payment is confirmed (online) or accepted (COD where offered).
2. We validate the order and transmit production files to our fulfilment partners.
3. Our partners print, quality-check, and dispatch to your shipping address in India.
4. You receive tracking details when available from the courier.

Important: These are estimates only — not promises of delivery by a fixed date.

• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• Print production: 3–7 business days
• Courier transit: 3–8 business days after dispatch
• Typical total: 7–18 business days from order date

In rare cases (print queue backlog, festival season, remote pin codes, courier disruption) delivery may take longer. We will communicate delays proactively.

PerfectMr. does not guarantee delivery by a specific calendar date unless explicitly stated in writing for a particular campaign. All timelines on this website are estimates. By placing an order, you acknowledge that delays may occur without constituting fraud or breach of contract, provided we act in good faith to fulfil your order or offer refund/cancellation as per our Refund Policy.

Tracking may update in stages. Contact support@perfectmr.in with your order number if no update after 7–18 business days.

If a product cannot be produced (file error, stock outage), we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative. We will not ship a substitute without your consent.
