1. Overview
This policy applies to all PerfectMr. made-to-order orders. Delivery delays within our stated estimates (7–18 business days) alone do not automatically qualify for a refund.
2. Exchange-First (Wrong Size You Chose)
Wrong size chosen by you? We offer exchange first (free size swap after inspection — tags on, unused, unwashed). Cash refunds are not offered for size/fit preference when you selected the size at checkout.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item (Our Fault)
For manufacturing defects, wrong items, or errors on our part (after inspection), you may choose: (A) a full refund to your original payment method (UPI/card/bank), or (B) PerfectMr. wallet credit plus 5% bonus for future purchases. We do not force wallet-only refunds when the fault is ours.
Submit photos (and unboxing video for damage claims) from your order page within 48 hours of delivery. Do not ship a return without admin approval.
- Option A — Cash refund: Full approved amount to your original payment method (5–10 business days)
- Option B — Wallet credit: Same amount plus 5% bonus for future orders at PerfectMr.
4. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Customized and made-to-order items (including personalized text, uploaded images, or Design Studio creations) are produced specifically for you. Once printing starts, these items are generally non-refundable except for manufacturing defects or our error.
Please verify size, colours, and your design preview carefully before paying. Printing may begin shortly after order confirmation.
5. Cancellation Before Printing Starts
Cancel via My Orders while your order has not yet started printing. Prepaid refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, minus the processing fee and handling fee shown before you confirm. Once printing/production starts, online cancellation is not available.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, which charges a platform fee plus GST on that fee. These charges are not returned to merchants when a refund is issued — this is standard across Indian payment gateways. For eligible pre-production cancellations, this processing cost is deducted from your refund.
A made-to-order handling fee (₹49 on most orders, ₹29 on orders under ₹500 — or as shown at checkout) applies when you cancel before printing starts. This covers print-slot reservation and order prep for custom goods. It is non-refundable and shown before you confirm cancellation.

- While your order is waiting to start printing, cancellation is available online
- Once printing/production has started, online cancellation is not available except for defect, our error, or as required by law
- Exact refund amount and all fees are displayed before you confirm cancellation
6. Fees on Pre-Printing Cancellations

Example: on a ₹678 prepaid order, payment processing is approximately ₹16 (2% platform fee + GST) and the handling fee is ₹49. Your refund would be approximately ₹613 to your UPI/card/bank.
7. Return Inspection
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must not be washed
- Failure of inspection voids credit or exchange
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to your selection (size, preference), return logistics are handled at your cost. If the error is ours or a print defect, return is free.
9. COD & High-Return Accounts
COD may be disabled if: 3 or more return/exchange requests in 90 days; return rate above 40% of your orders; or 2 or more rejected/false defect claims. Prepay-only accounts may have orders held for brief manual review before printing.
10. Non-Refund Cases
- Custom designs you approved at checkout (typo, wrong image you uploaded)
- Change of mind after printing starts
- Delays within published estimate ranges without product defect
- Minor colour variation due to fabric/screen differences
- False or abusive claims
11. Refund Timeline
- Prepaid cancel (before printing): 5–7 business days to original payment method
- Partial refund (fees deducted): Same timeline; exact amount shown at cancellation
- Full refund (our error/defect): 5–10 business days to original payment method when approved
- COD: Bank/UPI refund within 7–14 business days after approval where applicable
